She loves Lagree for the cross-conditioning benefits it has on her strength training, and leads her classes with a technical eye on form while encouraging you to push past your limits. Expect a supportive, uplifting vibe with music that keeps you moving, from house beats to pop remixes. Jade’s goal is to make you feel strong, challenged, and proud of what your body can do!

Drawing on a career as a professional Denturist and college instructor, Nahal brings a unique blend of technical expertise and genuine empathy to every session, creating a fun, upbeat, and technically-focused experience for every participant.

Sarah has been lifelong athlete with a passion for movement, nature, and animals. Her journey began on the rugby pitch and Gaelic football field, where she built strength, resilience, and a deep appreciation for the power of sport. Over the years, She's explored many forms of fitness, but discovering Lagree was a game-changer. It introduced her to the benefits of low-impact, high-intensity movement and she has been hooked ever since.
Sarah believes fitness should be empowering, inclusive, and sustainable, and she is here to help you move with purpose, build confidence, and feel amazing when you walk out of the studio.

Mel’s passion for the Lagree Method started in 2021, when she started to intentionally train for back pain. She fell in love with lagree when her back pain disappeared, and her core strength and stability increased. Mel prioritizes form, intentional movement, and discussing the “why” you are doing each exercise. She is also obsessed with Rufus du Sol, so you can always guarantee you’ll get some Rufus in her playlists!

Richelle grew up as a dancer and instantly connected with Lagree’s unique blend of strength, flow, and body awareness. Before joining the studio, she worked as a personal trainer and competed nationally in bodybuilding competitions, where she fell in love with strength training principles that Lagree takes to a whole new level. Her teaching style is energetic and enthusiastic, always paired with upbeat bouncy house and techno tracks to keep clients motivated and moving.
