The 40 minute workouts are designed to challenge you! From you’re first class to you’re 100th class, it will always feel like a challenge. 
Our recipe is continuous movements and no rest periods.

Despite the intensity, the Mini-pro is designed to be gentle on the joints.  No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Lagree has you covered.

Our classes target all major muscle groups, including slow-twitch muscle fibers.  All the while promoting balance, strength and conditioning.

Adjustable Levels

You can easily change how much resistance you’re working against by

adjusting the springs.  You can customize your fitness level, whether you're a

beginner or advanced.

Less Pressure on the Joints

With the new tilting platforms, the Mini Pro is gentle on your joints, making it a good option if you have joint issues or are recovering from an injury.​

This beginner-friendly class is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of the Lagree Method in a slower-paced, supportive environment. Whether it's your first time or you're looking to revisit the basics, this class will help you feel strong, supported, and ready to level up.

Our full-body workout combines strength and flexibility in a low-impact, high-intensity session that sculpts and tones every muscle. You'll engage slow twitch muscle fibers for maximum results, enhancing endurance, posture, and overall fitness.

A focused Lagree class targeting the glutes and core with slow, controlled, high-intensity sequences to build strength, improve stability, and sculpt your abs and backside.

Our advanced full-body workout builds on Lagree fundamentals with longer holds, deeper challenges, and complex variations. You’ll push strength, endurance, and control to new levels for maximum results. Minimum of 30 classes required.
