What should I expect for my first class?Please arrive 15 minutes early so our instructor can give you a quick run-down on how the Mini Pro's works. Don’t Worry! Our instructors are amazing at helping you throughout the class and will be there if you have any questions. You will need grip socks, which we sell at the front desk. You can put your shoes in the cubbies and other belongings in the bin under your Mini Pro. Forgot your water bottle? No problem, we sell bottled water at the front!

How many classes should I do in a week to see results?For beginners its best to start at 2-3 a week. This allows for adequate recovery time while gradually building strength, endurance, and familiarity with the workout. As your body adapts to the exercises, you can increase the frequency to 3-4 a week to help maintain and further enhance your strength and endurance. It is always important to listen to your body and allow for rest and recovery. The goal is to have Lagree embedded within your lifestyle!

How do I book a class?Our automated booking system can be found on the Home page of our website. There you will find all the classes we offer, who's instructoring and time slots. Our App is very user friendly, and available to download on the Homepage.

What happens if I’m late, miss a class, or want to cancel?Please arrive a few minutes early. Even if you are 5 minutes late, we will give your spot to whoever is first on the waiting list. We know Vancouver parking can be hectic. Please reference to our detailed map in the next FAQ. If you miss a class, you will loose that credit. If you want to cancel, please do it 12 hours before so you can get your full credit back.

How’s the parking?We have front parking outside of the studio, but it is not available from 7:30am to 10:00am and 3:00pm to 7:00pm Mon- Fri. The front parking is available all day Sat-Sun. There is several paid visitor parking stalls (west side) available in the back parkade of the building from 7am-7pm Mon-Sat. There is also side street parking available. Alternatively, there are paid parking lots available within a half block radius. *Parking Restrictions do change periodically in the area. Will we update this information when needed.

Do you offer private classes or group bookings?We definitely offer private classes and group classes! Please email us with your preferred date(s), time(s). We will have someone get back to you asap with these questions answered and provide information on pricing.

Can I do Lagree if I'm pregnant?If you are in your pre or postnatal journey, Lagree Studio is here for you! You can book Lagree classes as long as you have approval from your doctor. Our instructors will provide modifications during the classes to avoid any risks.
